✅ Choose a Comfortable Location – Pick a spot where you’ll feel at ease. There is no pressure to jump straight into the bedroom we can start with a casual activity date first if you like? Like a casual café or activity-based date like mini golf
✅ Get Fresh – Make sure you're freshly showered and well groomed, hygiene is soooo important for our safety and general enjoyability. Also feel free to wear something that makes you feel attractive yet comfortable. Dress for the occasion and the location.
✅ Be Punctual – Arriving on time shows respect and reliability. If you’re running late, communicate! Otherwise I may have to cancel and you'll lose your deposit
✅ Have a Loose Plan – While spontaneity is great, having a rough idea of what you'll do can help avoid awkwardness.

✅  Get a Gift - It doesn't have to be expensive, but it's a fabulous Ice breaker and it shows me that you care x

😌 Reframe Nervousness as Excitement – Your body reacts the same way to both! Instead of “I’m nervous,” tell yourself, “I’m excited.”
😌 Take Deep Breaths – If you feel anxious, take slow, deep breaths to calm yourself.
😌 Remember: I Get Nervous Too – You’re not alone! First dates are nerve-wracking for most people and if you're nervous I'll probably get nervous too, I feed off your energy like a little vampire
